1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered in your name on the fptoto platform, which allows you to place bets and access our services.
• "Bet" means a wager placed by you on any game, sporting event, or other betting opportunity offered on the fptoto platform, including but not limited to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sports betting, live casino games, and slot machines.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by fptoto to players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by you into your fptoto Account for the purpose of placing bets, made via supported Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, and other approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of winnings or remaining balance from your fptoto Account to your designated Indonesian bank account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring you to submit valid Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification to confirm your identity and comply with anti-fraud regulations.
• "Platform" means the fptoto website accessible at https://fptoto.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces through which our services are provided.
• "Services" means all online betting, gaming, and related services offered by fptoto through our Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register for and use fptoto services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. fptoto strictly enforces age verification through mandatory KYC procedures, and any user found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all bets voided.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National ID (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP). We do not accept registrations from users residing outside Indonesia.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from gambling by any court order, regulatory authority, or self-imposed restriction.
• You must not be an employee of fptoto, a family member of an fptoto employee, or any individual involved in the operation or management of the Platform.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account on fptoto, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP)
• Your date of birth
• A valid email address that you have access to
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Your residential address in Indonesia
• A secure password meeting our security requirements

You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any remaining balance.

2.3 Account Limitations

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with fptoto. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all duplicate accounts
• Forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and remaining balances in duplicate accounts
• Permanent ban from creating future accounts on the fptoto platform
• Legal action if fraudulent activity is detected

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, fptoto requires completion of KYC verification to confirm your identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. You must submit the following documents:

• A clear, legible photo or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) showing all information including your full name, photo, date of birth, and ID number. The document must be valid and not expired.
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, with both your face and the ID clearly visible in the same frame. This confirms you are the legitimate owner of the identity document.

Our verification team reviews KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours during Indonesian business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian national holidays). You will receive email notification once your account is verified. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent you from withdrawing funds, and accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days may be suspended.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never share your password, username, or account access with any other person
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers
• Notify fptoto customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. fptoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials or from unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination:

• Allowing any other person to access or use your account
• Using another person's account or identity documents
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of syndicate betting
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

fptoto supports deposits via the following Indonesian banking institutions: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Most deposits are credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on your bank's processing time.

You may only deposit funds from a bank account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from a bank account not registered in your name) are prohibited and will be rejected or returned. If you inadvertently deposit funds from a third-party account, notify customer support immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account from which you made deposits, or to a verified bank account registered in your legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours during Indonesian business hours (WIB), subject to completion of KYC verification and anti-fraud checks.

fptoto reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if we detect unusual account activity. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification
• You have active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met
• Your account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity
• You have not met the minimum turnover requirements (typically 1x your deposit amount for non-bonus funds)

4.3 Fees and Charges

fptoto does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank may charge transaction fees, and you are responsible for any such charges. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fptoto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by these specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Only bets placed with your own deposited funds or qualifying bonus funds count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event)
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers
• Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets, solely to trigger bonus offers

If fptoto determines that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void your bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or terminate your account.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

All bets placed on fptoto are final once confirmed and accepted by our system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming them. fptoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or bets placed on events with incorrect odds or information.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official results of the relevant sporting event, game, or lottery draw. In the case of sports betting, results are determined by the official score at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. For togel betting, results are based on the official draw numbers published by the authorized lottery operator.

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will typically be void and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours for most sports).

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds, misstated results, or technical malfunction), fptoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. You agree that fptoto shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such errors or malfunctions, and our decision regarding the handling of erroneous bets is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

fptoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting players from the potential harms of excessive gambling. We provide comprehensive tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gambling activities, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly maximums)
• Loss limits to cap your potential losses per period
• Session time limits and automatic logout
• Reality check reminders displaying your play time and results
• Self-exclusion options ranging from 24-hour cooling-off periods to permanent account closure

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and may result in financial loss. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the fptoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of fptoto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fptoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service
• Errors or inaccuracies in content or results

In no event shall fptoto's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to fptoto in the preceding twelve (12) months, or Rp 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah), whichever is greater.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

fptoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You are found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or court order
• We believe in good faith that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other users

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• All licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease
• You must discontinue all use of the Platform
• Any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited if termination was due to breach of these Terms
• We reserve the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. By using fptoto services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

fptoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
